Large marrow and knuckle bones from our grass-fed Maine Anjou cattle. Roast them in the oven for a rich appetizer or use them as the foundation for the best bone broth you've ever made. High in collagen, minerals, and gelatin. Frozen, approximately 5 lbs per package. About 9–10 packages per whole animal.
