Beef Tongue

One tongue per animal — and one of the most 
surprisingly delicious cuts on the whole steer.

Beef tongue is a richly flavored, tender 
braising cut that surprises people who try 
it for the first time. Braise low and slow 
until very tender (2–4 hours), then peel 
and slice. Outstanding for tacos, 
sandwiches, or served with a simple 
salsa verde.

From our grass-fed, grass-finished American 
Maine Anjou cattle — born and raised right 
here in Anna, TX. Processed at Blue Bonnet 
in Trenton, TX (USDA inspected). 

Approximately 1.5 lbs per package.
