Coarsely ground chuck — made specifically for Texas chili. Coarser than standard ground beef, it holds its texture during long, slow simmering so you get hearty chunks in every bowl, not mush. From our grass-fed Maine Anjou cattle. This is the way Texas chili is supposed to be made. About 15 packages per whole animal.
