Two tenderloin tail pieces — same incredibly tender filet mignon muscle, from the tapered end of the loin. These are smaller than our standard filet but come from exactly the same cut. Bundle them together for a perfect date-night dinner for two, or cook one now and save one. From our grass-fed, grass-finished American Maine Anjou cattle, processed at Bluebonnet Meat Co. in Trenton, TX (USDA inspected). Packaged and frozen. Approximately 0.8 lbs total per 2-pack.
