A whole beef share gives your family an entire AMAA-registered, full-blood American Maine Anjou steer — born and raised right here on our Anna, TX property — cut and packaged to your specifications at Blue Bonnet in Trenton, TX. At approximately 550 lbs hanging weight, a whole share fills a full-size chest freezer and feeds a family of four for 6–12 months. You choose every cut. You get everything: steaks, roasts, ground beef, ribs, brisket, bones, and offal.

How it works
Pay your $500 deposit to reserve your animal. Balance is due at pickup. Processing at Blue Bonnet in Trenton, TX (USDA-inspected). We'll contact you before processing to confirm your cut preferences. Substitutions welcome — no two orders have to be alike.
